Do you think poverty is a hindrance to education

No,poverty is not a hindrance to education because every child(4 to 14 years of age )has the right to gain education meaning that no one has the right to stop them from doing this.Most of the Government schools provide free education,but most of the poor people don't go to schools because they are unaware of this right to education and their parents also don't want them to got to school.
