Explanation:

It is such a philosophical question that has been asked. I would try answering that from an impartial point of view.

It entirely depends on how you see the world and what you believe in, precisely why it is not answerable in a yes or no fashion. Prizes are the fruits borne out of the dedication and the hard work you put in. However, we do not come up with satisfactory results every time we put in the effort for something. For some, prizes are like motivation that inspires him/her to keep doing the good work and propel forward in life. For the rest, prizes do not matter much for they are self-motivated individuals who know that one downfall cannot bring down the principles and facts of life.

However, as far as leading a life of honour and dignity is concerned, hardly matters are the fact that how you are rewarded for being benevolent and honest to others. These are some of the qualities, we should all imbibe irrespective of the treatment we receive as feedback.

Let me take help of two examples.

Example 1: Consider a person who is extraordinary in academics with an IQ level over 150. But he is self-obsessed with his achievements and does not pay heed to others’ sentiments.

Example 2: Consider another person who is just average in academics but has the tenacity to help people in times of their need.

Now, who do you think people will appreciate more? The second person. Your response to people matters much more than grabbing a couple of A+s in academics. You will spontaneously be loved amongst your friends and relative if you make a point to stay honest and lead a life with dignity. You will always be rewarded for that but make sure you do not do that in order to earn appraisals from people. As I stated before, these are something which should come automatically from within us. IF HELPFUL PLEASE MARK AS BRAINLIEST.
