Reform can be subjected to political parties through the law. Legal action refers to seeking and utilising specific law to achieve an expected or desired result. Since the procedure of inception of political parties is in all democratic constitutions then the conduct of the political party can be directed by the same constitution. Through a Constitutional Court anomalies in political parties can be corrected provided sound and just judgements are provided.
