A high degree of maturity has always been the most prioritized necessity for the recruitment in almost every arena of employment. This maturity if properly backed up with the perfect ratio of dedication and devotion would result in a very profitable demographic altogether. Participant observation is no different to this. This requires maturity in the sense that the one conducting it should be able to monitor the employees effectively so that the company itself doesn't suffer. The aforesaid shall serve as suitable notion supporting the above mentioned fact.
