Yes, in every possible way it have a negative impact on Indians.
As all know that the current way of education I industry oriented. It is definitely killing potential of this country!
Do u think there are no actors better than current Bollywood?
If India can be top in cricket than y not in football, Olympics, or other games?
Why there are very less research in India?
Indian government factory like BHEL,HAL,AIMMS,etc cannot produce complete made in India things?
There are no good politicians,leaders,rulers or boss?
Cont we invent bullet train?
Cont we build our own defence system?
Why there is lot of farmer suicide?
And the list goes on!
For all the above the answer is is India with population of 125crore these are just a things! Easily achivible. Because we adopted British education we r not achiveing anything greater. It has created a stereotype from parents to teachers and even to student. All these people are controling the childs life by telling the industrial discipline. “ STUDY WELL, GET MARKS, FIND A GOOD JOB IN A GOOD COMPANY, EARN MONEY, LIVE HAPPILY FOREVER”. it's a worst when both parents and teachers tell to a kid! British EDUCATION SYSTEM is disester for Indians! We learn through questions! (HOW, WHY, WHEN, WHERE) . If u ask this things u will be sent out or they will answer irrelevant answer! What the hell will he/she learn? U just wanna work as robot!
Impacts?
Parents want kids to be educated and earn money. No be happy or not what he like to do!
Be a slave for what you work.
Corruption!( Because it never teaches how to deal with govt workers).
And U SHOULD GET GOVT JOB from parents.
Districting of culture. ( Many kids don't know why festivals are celebrated, the name of the grains, don't know how peanuts are grown). Do u think it's doing good?
And this IIT,IIM they think they are superior because they will earn more! They don't know that they are slave donkeys!
“TEACHER DONT LIKE TO TEACH, STUDENTS DONT WANNA HEAR CLASSES” Just pretend that all ok!
Where are all toppers of COMPETITIVE EXAMS???
education is in all time low! And still we follow those colonisers education! What the India. It's the main reason we r still developing! Take out Mumbai Bengaluru Chennai Hyderabad .India will be under developed country

It would not be an absolute no to the question as British educational system does brought us some negativity but has also led us to the global platform.
Explanation:
We were known for our resource which were being looted but we still were known for the scientific contribution given in field of maths or science. But British educational system paved the way for our global recognition.
Negativity what it brought was, the westernization of thought processing which deeply uprooted many of us from our traditional aspects and culture, which has now been seen to be destructive.
