yes the Indian citizens have right to employment.
we can define the right to employment as The right to work is the concept that people have a human right to work, or engage in productive employment, and may not be prevented from doing so.

if we want to do some other works without any pressure. nobody can pressurised us in our work , if somebody creates violation we can move to the court because it is our fundamental rights.
