yes every one has potential when the people get refuse to show their talent then others will make use of it by taking initiality so we dont make others to get chance on us always we should see all as a compitator than automaticaly your potential gets explore

According to me, god has given some gifts or talent or skill to each and everyone. But one can not succeed to show his or her gifts. It is just because he or she doesn't have faith upon himself or herself. Other reason behind it that they have thinking what others will think about his or her personality. They care about others thinking.
I believe that faith and fear of others thinking r two big reason by which others don't show their talent.
