Answer:

Happiness is all about living and being grateful for all things we have. The best part is that we are happy merely by small things that we do, others do, or what we have. It is absolutely true that happiness does not depend on external factors

Happiness lies within and not on external factors.

  • Experiencing and being thankful for what one has is what happiness is all about. The finest aspect is that a person must be content with modest things they do, others do, or things they have.
  • It is undeniably true that pleasure is not contingent on external circumstances. Our happiness, on the other hand, is entirely dependent on ourselves, our internal elements.
  • As it is only the mind that causing grief, disappointment, and unhappiness. One must try to shape it to produce happiness regardless of assets, friends, money, products, or anything else to which one ascribe a degree of pleasure.
  • Thus, it all depends on how one chooses to react to a situation. Happiness is a state of mind and lies in self.
