it may be different view of opinion from person to person but for me I don't think that judiciary has been successful in providing justice to its citizens.
we can improve judicial system of India by following steps :

- An impeccably honest and high quality judiciary.
- CRIME PUNISHABLE WITH DEATH TO BRIBE A JUDGE OR FOR A JUDGE TO TAKE A BRIBE.

- NON-DISCRETIONARY ENFORCEMENT OF PERJURY LAWS.

- TRANSPARENCY IN THE APPOINTMENT AND TRANSFER OF JUDGES.

- NO ONE TO BECOME A JUDGE WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE AS A LAWYER.

- TRAINING TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY OF JUSTICE.

- RAPID DISPOSAL OF CASES OF UNDER-TRIAL PRISONERS.
