Do you think that laws alone can crub social evils or is social awareness also needed to change the Mindset of the people think and answer have a discussion or debate on this in class

No I don't think that laws alone can crib social evils better because if laws are still present but are not working properly then social evils can't be curbed. Yes we need social awareness to change the mindset of the people because if mentality is not changed then laws also don't have the power to change the society.
