Ya laws can curb but only when if people really follow all the laws .

hi friend,
i think that making laws for country alone can't curb off the social evils cause it's important for us to follow these laws properly too and
also we should encourage others to do so...

consider an example if there is law made { a person can practice any profession}
and if people are practicing profession including selling of drugs.. it goes against the spirit of that particular law and country.
