Explanation:

No, people at different stages of life require different types of diets. For example: a child needs high amount of all nutrients but a teenager needs maximum protein but in case of adults, they need more of minerals and vitamins than other components of food.

Answer:

yes people need to have different size at different ages. because during that infant period the baby does drink only the milk because it is a only food which is digested them. as the baby is growing older and older many kinds of food can be eaten by them. it should contain vitamins and minerals carbohydrates proteins. whatever the food the person take it should be nutritious. as that child is growing from one state to another the food changes and the same person can eat or not eat only the same food. as the people grow older and older they can digest different types of food. when a person becomes old that teeth will fall off and it is difficult to eat all kinds of food. so it is not possible to eat it the same diet or same food.
