Yes! spirit of federalism will be moreEffective because before we have seen that there were only one type of gov at centre and state level and central government tries to dominate the state government but it cant happen in coalition

Yes,the spirit of federalism is more effective when there is a coalition government at centre as no party could alone get majority in the government so they need other small parties.Due to this national parties will also respect the local parties.They will also try to do their best so that they could win in next elections
