you know third equation if motion
v^2-u^2=2as
now u =0
as object is stationary
now
v^2=2as.
multiply both side by m
and replace ma by f
if force is constant then they are related as
mv^2=SF
where m is mass
s is distance

Force is directly proportional to the speed driven by the body itself. F=m*v/t
