Yes, according to me the grandfather and Ratna were doing tremendous social service. They used to listen to the queries, problems, happiness, and secrets of others and become a part of it. This way they helped people in rejoicing with them in their happiness and being sad in the emergency time. In this present world, when everyone is very busy, it becomes very difficult to find people who listen to good and bad things. Ratna and grandfather would listen to the secrets of the people but would never betray anyone by spilling them over. They helped the people and always kept a smile on their face.
