Explanation: Yes himalaya is rising we all know due to endogenetic forces caused by plate movements. As others have well explained but as far as maximum height is considered yes there is limit because Davis and Penck cycle of evolution of landform well explains that there is a point (maximum) upto which any landform emerges after that Exogenetic forces like water, air etc causing erosion acts at more rate as compared to endogenic causing decrease in height of mountains .

Aravali is one of best example which at one point of time was higher than himalaya but now at many places it has been converted into peneplain
