WHY? Well people choose on whether they want to be protected or not.

FOR EXAMPLE.

• If a person was being a beaten they would have called the police or shouted for help. but the situation could have been more personal so they would choose to take it and not say anything.

I'm not saying people should allow themselves to be abused. what i'm saying is it is all in their hands.
