No, as a daily balance diet we should not just drink only milk we must take nutrious food like bread eggs cereals vegetabl and fruit etc..

no ,only having milk as a regular diet is not beneficial  for us because we need every type of  nutrients and minerals . So we should take every type of food .we should drink milk regularly but we also should have other food items.
