In my opinion the 3 L's of empowerment can easily break the blocks and help women overcome the shackles of explosion.

The first L stands for learning. And learning helps women to gain knowledge about several things and helps them to share their opinions and views about everything they have learned with others.

The second L stands for labour and it will help women to lead an independent life ,earn a living and thus leading to the economic growth of our country.

And the last and final L stands for the leadership quality and i believe that women have better leadership quality than men, because women are always in charge of household duties and its not an easy task.

As far as i'm concerned the 3 l's of empowerment can help women to break the blocks and get succeeded in their lives.
