Now Women are not scared and they wont suffer in silence but they will rise above their sufferings.They have learnt ti raise their voice against any wrong practice.We must encourage education of a girl child.This is because as a parent you cannot stay with your child all the time and when they grow up they will go out for education and work.This education will help them in their career as well as in future.If the Girl child will get learning, labour, and leadership and she would be well trained and educated,she would find a good career for herself and become independent.
Today there is no field where a women cannot work.
But still there are women who are still suffering in silence.
Many practices like killing of female child, etc. are abolished but that is not at all sufficient. In comparison to earlier years, there has been improvement but no success. But the one silent killer is Domestic Violence,which was never considered a crime but in the past few years since women have started to raise voice against Domestic Violence,new criminal justice laws are introduced and culprits are immediately arrested.
These incidents are the basic cause of weakening of women empowerment
The women empowerment has to go a very long way in India.First we must teach our daughters to speak up against crimes and not to keep silent.
Women should learn and get equal opportunities in the labor and employment like men.
They should be provided equal opportunities to learn and grow. They should be promoted in the same way men do and become future leaders.
