Explanation:No,I don't think that the TV can be replaced by the cell phone and online social networking.For,no matter how many houses you go to there's always a TV there unless they are poor.Cell phones also can't replace the television as they don't have a big screen. And so, we can conclude that  cell phone and online social networking can't replace television.

Yes,as per my experience I saw in my homes there are cell phones but not new generated TV. I my home too. There was no TV but I had cell phone.
