yes, I think so that classification of economic activities into Primary secondary and tertiary is very useful this is because every parts of activities has different way of their usefulness let's come to the point

in secondary activity processing of natural goods into finished products example iron and steel industry textiles
in tertiary activity provision of services for smooth working for economic example transport trade and banks

Yes, the classification of economic activities into primary,secondary and tertiary sector is useful
because of the following reasons :-
- It helps us to know about what are the share of each sector in GDP in our country
- It helps us to know how many workers are employed or working in primary, secondary and tertiary sector.
- It tells us that which sector is gaining more importance.
- Secondary sector is gradually becoming most important in total production and employment.
- But there is shift taken place The service sector has become the most important in terms of total production.
