Summer Monsoon winds blow from South Western direction in the Northern Hemisphere.

Wind direction is reversed during winters.....due to colder climate it tends to blow from land to sea.

No I think the direction of wind will not be same in both the season. Because we know there are three seasons winter,summer,spring .so ther temperature will be changed.
