without public transport or basic anemities provided by government to us  without these things an individual cannot leave happy life because these facilities serves basic to us in all the sphere of life.   for example;    what would happen if there is no transport facilities like train , we would not be able to travel long distance.....     example 2;   what would happen if there is no head in our country , the total country would collapse.                                                                                                  so at last we can conclude that distribution of public facilities in our country is adequate n fair.....
