Yes, they should be given right to vote because they vote in larger proportions and if they are not given the right, our democracy will become less democratic.

If asking my personal opinion I say they should be given rights to vote. Moreover I mean there ought to be some kind of test devised by the govt or the election commission that will test the capability of the person to rule a country. It mustn't be like writing neet or jee rather should be based on life experiences, application when required . If one passes through it then only should be given the right to even contest in election.
