No, Indian secularism is definitely not anti religious.
The concept of secularism was added to our Constitution by the the 42nd Constitutional Amendment Act. According to it, all religions can co-exist simultaneously and every religion has the same status and support from the State i.e. the Indian Constitution has provided the concept of positive support towards all religions, rather than the negative neutrality concept that exists in most of the Western Countries.

No I don't think Indian secularism is anti religious because it give importance to all religion and protect the right to practice and religion which is citizen research to follow.
