Do you think the Nightingale is brainless give reason to your answer

I don't think nightingale is brainless. She is simple innocent and shy dismissive does not mean foolish. She is being noble. She is not aware of her talent and wanted to be a successful singer. So she accepted the frog advice of giving her vocal training her only fault was that she lacked confidence and she blindly believes the words of the frog.
