Yes , the kids in the slum are wasting the important time of their life which is mainly in studies . Due to the improper basic needs to study like a school built , tables to sit are denied to them . This leads to their wasting of precious time . Instead of studying in the small age they are taught bad habits by their uneducated parents leads to making them take the wrong path of rowdism and causes 3% of Indias thieves grow here.
