Do you think the spirit of federalism is more effective when there is a coalition government at the centre? Explain with reason plssss

no because it leads to utter chaos when the decision contrasts. but it is a new way of power sharing

Yes, because before coalition govermnt there were diff. gvrmnts atr center and at state so the party who gormed gvmnt. at the center level used to dominate the state gvmnt. But after the coalition govermnt came because ut was gettung difficult for a single party to win election with majority they joined other parties so that they can get majority votes and thus it lead to less conflicts.
