Firstly, the title should hold some sort of meaning in relation with the passage and the fact that you haven't provided a passage in your question makes it hard to judge whether the title is appropriate or not.

Secondly, you should probably check whether the question really asks if 'A Case of Suspicious' is the title as that sentence in itself is incomplete or grammatically incorrect.

I believe 'A Suspicious Case' would be a much more legitimate title!
