1)It is not a fair way of classifying people as we have no right to judge people just because of their caste.

2)We can't take away good opportunities from people just because of their caste

3)If  person is  deserving,we have nothing to do with it.

4)How can we say that we have to follow the same occupation as our parents.

5)What is someone's father is a Businessman(in vaishyas),and the person(son) is neither good nor  interested in business.His life will be totally spoilt.

6)No one will work hard to obtain some particular job or in their particular field as they know that they can't change their profession.

Ans) Varna system in ancient Indian society was not a fair way of classifying people .

this was because

1) It deprived people of lower or bottom levels from basic human rights like to fill water from public wells and enterance in temples etc .

2) It provided people with a fixed job irrespective of their talent and intrest in that job example : A barber 's son will become a barber even if he is best in painting or sculpting.

3) It gave some sections of society special previlages which should not be given by birth.

this was the answer required but I think that Varna system (if followed according to Upanishads) was just simple social rules for betterment but some people who were educated and literate changed it according to themselves and presented it to illiterate and non educated people
