do you think the victims would get justice if the same person performed the role of police, public prosecutor, defence lawyer and the judge? why or why not? why should justice be impartial?

no.it cannot be like that as the person who is acting as the role mentioned above as he would not know how to handle all those situations,if he knows also,he could not give the correct justice as he may not have much information about the victims as everything

No, in my view, it won't be justice if the same person performed the role of police, public prosecutor, defence lawyer and the judge as knowing all these fields is not an easy job. And if only one person takes care of all these, then there would be partiality and power would lie on one persons hand. This would be impartial for any victim. Justice must be impartial to ensure right deeds are done to the right people. Not punishing an offender is OK, but punishing a non offender is not at all good.
