at some point it is Democratic and also not democratic because some permanent veto power country took their I highly effect on the decision taken by UNO
sometimes all people want to take the decision and want to pass the bill or something like this then only one country who has veto power can stop to pass the bill.
now considered the case when India ask question in UNO that why should Hafiz Saeed not be a terrorist then all country make decisions that Hafiz Saeed was a terrorist but at last point China came and use his Veto to stop the decisions and what will be the result the Hafiz Saeed declared not a terrorist that's all you can consider it we are democratic and non democratic
