Answer:

The above is indeed a poem. It can be fitted into Keats' definition of sensual imagery. Robert Frost believed in poems having rhythm, and this poem expresses his theory of the world either getting ravaged by flames, or frozen to apocalypse.

Answer:

Yes fire and ice is definitely a poem. That's too a beautiful one by Robert frost. Its fit clearly into Aristotle's definition as it has a rhythm to it with similar sounding words ending of 'fire' 'desire' 'ice' 'twise' etc. And the way language is used and the harmonics tone it has make its poetic . It also falls under Keats ana TS

eliot defination of poetry as it expresses the emotions of the poet regarding destruction of the world and brings out a sensual imagery of fire and ice of the mind of its readers. Finally, it clearly exemplifies Britannica Encyclopedia's definition as it is capable of stirring our imagination and emotion with its carefully chosen and arranged language for its mening, sound, rhythm.
