Do you think uncle podger created a confusion only when he set out to hang a picture

Uncle Podger created a lot of confusion only for hanging a picture on a wall. To hanging a picture he involved all of them. When he was hanging the picture he make himself injured with the hammer. He was finding her hankerchief in her coat but he didn't know that he was sitting on her coat that was on the chair.

uncle podger created confusion while set out to hang the photo frame and loosing his things also blaming others if he found it own his own .
