Yes, we are very lucky to born in democracy. Here, we are provided with too many rights like freedom of speech, etc. Earlier, when dictatorship was present here, we were treated so badly like slaves. Now also in some countries, dictatorship is still present like China, North Korea. There, ordinary people's life is very difficult to live.

I have the right to choose my own representative.
in democracy the government listens to the people and work towards welfare of the people.
People are allotted several fundamental rights which are missing in other forms of leadership.
Everyone is treated equally
There are no biased laws.
