Do you think you would have the right to equality in a country that is under dictatorship? What would be attitude regarding public opinion in such a country

If it is a country ruled based on dictator ship, the dictator has the right to be given or taken from subjects of the country. Often it happens that the dictator takes basic rights of the citizen such as right to suffarage, right to freedom of association etc. Public here has to follow the rules given by dictator or they are often sent to camps. People here are enraged with anger and are feared to stand upon the dictator.
