Yes I think my friend would listen to me if we have a true friendship , he would support me if I am on the right path and show me the right way if I am mislead. If we don't have a good friendship, it may or may not happen that he/she will listen to me.

May or may not. It depends on their choice. But my friends will listen to the good things I tell. Because that's the bond of friendship.
