I belong to a middle class.

Causing harm to any household item is not a option. And buy chance you have cause harm to household item you will soon forget the reason you were angry for.

To release excess frustration I usually have wrap some cloth around my hand, get outside the house, find a smooth wall or ground and start punching it until my hands hurt or frustration is released.

I think if this goes on soon I might be able to make a building fall with my punch power.
