Indians are vastly dependent on agriculture.

Farmers need loans ,if taken from banks it is too lengthy.

And the bank doesn't give required loans to farmers.

so the farmers should be dependent on money lenders and commission agents.

most of farmers are illiterates.

this is the opportunity for the money lenders to ask more interest.

the money lenders and commission agents take interest more than the loan.

farmers being poor cannot pay big interests..

therefore can be mentally stressed and physically tortured for the repays of loans
