doctor advice us to drink at least two litres of water daily because our body should contain maximum amount of water then only our metabolic activities will done properly and many of the wastage will be eliminated from our body through sweat or urine when it happens more it leads to dehydration so we have to drink water and this water will dissolve the salts present in our food material
