We know that,

✨Molar mass of Lithium = 7 grams per mole.

✨Molar mass of Carbon = 12 grams per mole.

✨ 1 mole of any element has 6.022*10^23 atoms in it.

Let's Find,

No. of moles in 1.73 grams of Carbon = ?

No. of moles in 1 gram of Lithium = ?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

No. of moles in 1.73 grams of C = 1.73/7 => 0.247 moles

No. of moles in 1 gram of C = 1/12 => 0.083 moles

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As the number of moles in 1.73 grams of Carbon (0.247 moles) and 1 gram of Lithium (0.083 moles) is different.

=>Thus, they will have different number of atoms in them.
