0*x+3*y+(-5)=0

therefore comparing it with ax+by+c=0

therefore we have

a=0,b=3,c=-5

Answer:

it can be represented in that form ax + by + c =0 as

0×x+ 3×y + (-5) = 0 in which a= 0, b= 3, c= -5.

it has a unique solution.
