The probability density function graph help us to know the probability of finding electron at various points. There comes a point when the probability density function passes through value zero. At such point, the probability of finding the electron is zero. Such points are referred to as nodes. Nodes are present in s-orbital. Similarly, such nodes are even observed in p-orbitals i.e. the probability density function for p-orbital also passes through value zero. This is observed at point other than zero and infinity (as the probability density is zero at zero and infinity) and as the distance from nucleus increases the probability of finding electron also increases i.e. the probability density function decreases and reached the value zero.
