Yes the air exert pressure and it's called atmospheric pressure.
We don't feel it because our body also exert pressure which cancel out the atmospheric pressure, and we don't feel anything.

Yes the atmosphere exerts pressure on us the reason why we don't feel that is because the pressure inside our body balances the pressure outside the body. Both the pressure gets cancelled out due to which no effect on us can be seen otherwise our body would have got crushed under it.
