IITs do not offer BSC physics. They are offered by most regular university of India.

IITs do offer a B Teach in Engineering physics (EP in short) which is a kind of hybrid of MSC physic and BE electronic . Admission to B Teach EP is through the IIT JEE.

some IITs also offer a 5yr integrated MSc physics of which admission is through IIT JEE.This used to be a much sought after degree in 80s and 90s and many top rank JEE students opted for course . It has gradually been replaced in several IITs by B Teach EP.

There is also a 2yrs MSC physics programme ( post BSC ) . Which is offered by most IITs Admission for this is through an examination call JAM.
