1. You should take Physics, chemistry, maths after class 10
2. One of the easiest way to go to isro is to go to a college IIST (Indian institute of space science and technology) and after qualifying good marks people of isro will choose you for the interview

there are many more ways like iit, PhD but this is one of the easiest way.
