Answer:

prime no.s between 1 to 6 is 3 (2,3,5)

when a pair a dice is thrown the possibilities are

(2,3) (3,5) (2,5) (5,2) (3,2) (5,3)

thus 6 possibilities

total no. of observations when w dice are thrown is 36

thus probability is = 6/36

=1/6

Answer:

each die can have 3 prime

probability = 3/6 = 1/2

for two dice

probability = 1/2*1/2 = 1/4 ( third option)
