Does anyone know the story “The All-American slurp”?

If you do, can you compare and contrast like uniquely Chinese and uniquely American and then what they have or do in common.

yesss......the Chinese eat food with chopsticks....but the Americans with spoon....the Chinese family in the story did not ever eat Raw celery but always cooked....so that was another surprise....
