No, it is not only Indians who use Brainly. You find only Indians because when you are asked to log in, you are also asked from which country you are, so when you log in with India you get questions only from people who are from India. And when you login from whichever country, you receive the first questions that are asked by bot, related to your country. For example, when I first joined Brainly, I was asked to login, and it had asked me from which country you are? As I'm from India, I chose India as the country from where I was. So, after I had logged in, I first saw a question, "Who is the present Prime Minister of India?" This question was asked by a bot. So with whichever country you log in you'll receive the first questions related to your country only from a bot also called mohitrocks.
